It is with heavy hearts that we remember the life of Ethan Cobb Robinson, a beloved son, grandson, and friend, who tragically passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 20. Ethan’s sudden loss has left his family and the Moultrie community heartbroken, as they mourn a young man whose gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and deep love for animals defined the way he lived.
Ethan was born and raised in Colquitt County, Georgia, where he grew up surrounded by family, open land, and the peaceful rhythms of rural life. From a young age, he showed a rare empathy for others, particularly animals. His family recalls how he would go out of his way to care for injured pets, stray animals, or any creature in need, offering them patience, comfort, and affection. His tenderness toward animals mirrored his kindness to people—Ethan had an innate ability to make others feel seen and valued, often offering support without being asked.
Known for his thoughtful nature, Ethan had a calm presence that made everyone around him feel at ease. Friends describe him as a quiet listener who, though reserved, had a deep sense of understanding and wisdom when he spoke. His sense of humor was gentle, and his smile—whether quiet or wide—had a way of brightening the day and easing any burdens. Those closest to him admired his humility, sincerity, and the constant kindness that guided his interactions.
Family was at the heart of Ethan’s life. He shared an especially close bond with his loved ones and treasured the moments spent together—whether working on the farm, enjoying a shared meal, or talking late into the evening. The Vineyard at Chapel Hill, the family farm, held deep meaning for him, as it was a place where he could reflect, connect with nature, and care for the animals he loved. It was here that Ethan found peace and purpose, and his connection to this land will forever be a part of his legacy.
Ethan also had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, enjoying the solitude of open spaces and the satisfaction of farm work. His grounded personality and maturity beyond his years left an indelible mark on all who knew him. His legacy will continue to inspire those who were lucky enough to share time with him.
A private family entombment will be held at The Vineyard at Chapel Hill, honoring Ethan in a place that was so meaningful to him. Memorial contributions can be made to the Colquitt County/Moultrie Humane Society in Ethan’s name, reflecting the compassion he lived by.
To his family, friends, and all who loved Ethan, our deepest condolences. May his memory live on in the kindness he showed to the world and the love he shared with those closest to him. Rest in peace, Ethan Cobb Robinson. You will always be cherished.
