With heavy hearts, we share the sorrowful news of the passing of Jesna George, a devoted Catholic mother, wife, and cherished member of the community. Jesna passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind her beloved husband and four children, including a baby boy born prematurely at just 27 weeks. Her loss is felt deeply by all who knew her, and her passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and fellow parishioners.
Jesna was a woman of deep faith, a devout Catholic who found strength, comfort, and purpose in her belief. She lived her life with an unwavering commitment to God, and her actions reflected her steadfast faith in every aspect of her life. Her devotion to her family was evident in her role as a loving wife and mother, where she tirelessly cared for her children, providing them with the nurturing and guidance that only a devoted mother could give. Jesna’s love for her children was limitless, and her dedication to their well-being never wavered, even in the face of great challenges.
Jesna was also an active and passionate member of her community, particularly through her involvement with Project Little Flower. This apostolate, which supports families facing fertility struggles, prenatal and postnatal complications, pregnancy loss, and traumatic births, was dear to her heart. Jesna’s compassionate spirit and willingness to help others through their most difficult moments were central to her work with Project Little Flower. She provided solace, strength, and encouragement to families who, like her, experienced the emotional and physical challenges of parenthood. Her service to others was a reflection of her deep empathy and love for God’s children, and her legacy will continue to inspire those who were touched by her kindness.
Though Jesna had hoped to attend this year’s March for Life, her journey on earth was cut short. Yet, her spirit lives on in her family, in the work she did for others, and in the faith she shared. Her family and friends find solace in the knowledge that Jesna’s love and devotion to God and family will never be forgotten.
